We know that now the most important thing is everyone's safety. We want to travel and make many plans and, therefore, we take the well-being of our guests and employees very seriously, so that they can feel calm and safe.

This is the protocol of action that you will find in our hotel with a trained staff:

PROTECTION MEASURES

To guarantee the safety and protection of both guests and staff, we supply all our staff with the necessary PPE. Body temperature will be taken to anyone who accesses the hotel.

We recommend the use of masks at all times when the social distance of 2m cannot be guaranteed.

OUR COMMITMENT TO CLEANLINESS
Ongoing Training: In addition to training on cleaning service and hygiene protocols, hotel employees are also receiving enhanced training on information about COVID-19.

• Hand hygiene: Proper and frequent hand washing is vital to help combat the spread of viruses. In our daily meetings, we remind our teams that cleaning begins with this simple act. In addition, we have bioalcohol dispensers in common areas.

• Room Disinfection: The hotel uses cleaning and disinfection protocols to clean rooms after guests' departure and before the next guest's arrival, paying particular attention to frequent contact items. In addition, spraying with disinfecting product on all surfaces.

• Waste treatment: Safe waste management, safe disposal and management.

• Special measures in the treatment of bedding: Disinfection of the linen is guaranteed. Wash at temperatures of 75-80ºC for a minimum time of 20 minutes with a dose of hydrogen peroxide. Drying at temperatures close to 100ºC that ensure thermal disinfection.

• Public spaces: The hotel has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection in public spaces, paying vital attention to the reception, door handles, stair rails, counters, toilets, disinfection of sofas, chair arms, surfaces and counters, and room keys. Redistribution of spaces with the aim of respecting distances established as safe by the WHO.

• Reception area: The reception area will be disinfected frequently throughout the day. All guest keys administered at reception are disinfected with each use.

• Private Hotel Areas: In spaces where employees work, the hotel is increasing the frequency of cleaning, focusing on areas of frequent contact such as entryways, changing rooms, laundries, and staff offices.

• Public restrooms: The frequency of cleaning public restrooms is increased.

• Card payment will be encouraged and the payment terminal will be disinfected after each use.

• It will be necessary to know the estimated arrival and departure time of guests in order to avoid stagger the entrances and possible crowds.

• A temperature control will be carried out on everyone who enters our hotel.

• The keys to the rooms will be disinfected after each use.
